Green Carnation Prize

The Green Carnation Prize was born in late July 2010 when the literary award season kicked off and author Paul Magrs tweeted about the “scandalous lack of prizes for gay men” in the UK. Journalist and blogger Simon Savidge saw this and then contacted Paul about making an actual prize for gay men’s writing together.
