If Tia Monroe isn’t the most reliable guide out there, her flaws are no worse than those of many real-life celebrity chefs.

Food Whore is a fun read, very much along the lines of The Devil Wears Prada or The Nanny Diaries, but even if those aren't your cup of delicately flavoured jasmine tea, read this one for the food, the luscious, crackling, sumptuous, velvety, muscular food.
